In the Kids Area, the furniture was chosen to add blasts of colour and fun to the space. The undulating Ripple™ bench is by Brayton International, a Steelcase company.
After the success of the Angus Glen branch, the expansion and renovation of the Markham Village branch provided our next opportunity to explore new concepts for library design. We took the successful elements of Angus - merchandizing, self-service, the third place - and moved them forward to the next level.
